The transformation has given the clubhouse a fresh, modern look while still fitting with the character of the club. It’s already made a noticeable difference, creating a more welcoming first impression for members, visitors, and opposition teams alike. The updated frontage enhances the appearance and also reflects the ongoing effort to maintain and improve our facilities for everyone involved in the club.

This project wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity and support of key individuals. We would especially like to say a huge thank you to Tom Peters of A1 Brickwork & Joinery and Alistair from Formby Timber. Tom donated both his time and expertise. From overseeing the project to carrying out the work itself, Tom’s effort and professionalism have been instrumental in delivering such a high-quality finish. Alistair very kindly donated the wood used in the rebuild. His contribution also played a vital role in bringing the project together.

The improvements haven’t stopped at the exterior. Inside the clubhouse, we’ve recently completed a full redecoration, creating a brighter and more comfortable space for members to enjoy. The changing rooms have also been redecorated ensuring better facilities for players and visiting teams.

We’ve had a lot of volunteers help make this possible and improve our facilities. Thank you to Caz, Nicole, Andy, Simon, Mike, and everyone else who gave their time- it’s very much appreciated!!
