Get the inside track on elite performance and changing secrets with our guest main speaker followed by a sporting legends Q&A with EFC and LFC stars . To close the formalities, we welcome the brilliant Dr. Kevin Jones, whose unique brand of comedy is guaranteed to leave the room in stitches.

We caught up with event organiser Tom Mills, who has seen the lunch evolve into the sell-out success it is today."The event just continues to grow organically, which must mean we are doing something right. It is a very popular event for companies to treat staff to a day out or entertain clients. We go for the best speakers and comedians as this really makes the day along with great raffle & auction. It sells out every year, so now is the time to book a table."
